From a young age I knew I wanted to follow in my parent's footsteps and work in healthcare, to help others. Choosing to study a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics allowed me to pair this with my love of food and cooking. After graduating from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen in 2010 I have been working as a Dietitian within the NHS. I have hugely enjoyed my career so far, empowering patients and families to make choices that are right for them, their needs and circumstances. I have recently moved home to Aberdeen with my husband and our young daughter - having my own family has undoubtedly given me new perspectives on the challenges of infant feeding and integrating a healthy lifestyle with a busier life and I bring this experience in to my work as a Dietitian. I believe that the food we eat and the lifestyle we follow is key to good physical health, general wellbeing and, ultimately, happiness. I look forward to supporting you with your diet and lifestyle goals.
